What's in a name?  Far more than you realise.  Especially when it comes to forming a lasting relationship.

Now, finding a compatible partner is so much easier with this successful and proven system.

So what's the secret?  Well,  it's all about your name!

To see an example of how the system works see the 'Compatible celebrity couple example' page

Love by  Name uses your name, and that of a potential partner, to check how compatible you are before you've met!  The theory behind the matching system is based on an ancient system of thought detailed in the Yi King text from the Sacred Books of the East.  The system is called Name Analysis and is very different from Numerology, the only similarity between the two systems is the reduction of names to numbers. The system uses Name Analysis to define a person's name in numbers, thus revealing their true personality.  There are 64 personality types so each name has traits of its own which will either modify or increase those of other names, so when it comes to relationships, we are compatible with some people but not with others.

Why does it work?

Our matching system is very specific and selects members with harmonious personality types.  Members are selected with names that are similar enough to provide an attraction but with sufficient differences to produce the variety necessary to make the relationship long-lasting.

Each name has two name personalities,  overtones (or primary numbers), and undertones;  undertones are an undercurrent of a name.  We are the result of both personalities. Each letter in a person's name is allocated a number from 1-9. The letter A is given the number 1, the letter B is given the number 2, C is allocated the number 3, D is 4, and so on. The forenames and surnames can be matched in any combination, first name(s) with first name(s), surname with surname, or surname with first name(s).  Undertones can be matched with overtones.
